new management....sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   New management offers an almost laughable way of expressing thier concern to you. When asking a question or making a request you can't help but to notice just how much it puts them out to even have to listen to you much less respond as if they even had time. And by the way...construction here is horrible....4:00 a.m. is no time to be woken up by your upstairs neighbors either by water running or by them just walking around...water bill is doubled due to the extreme amount of time it takes to get hot water...and speaking of hot water, where is the hot tub'''' All things considered...it is a pretty cool place to live...very spacious and great views of the creek make it feel very homey.
