The outside of the complex looks old a run down, but the complex is the best in Arlington. It is like a gem in the rough. There is a hidden wooded area the runs through the middle of the complex making it very quiet and peaceful. Some of the tenets were loud, but the management was always very prompt and responsive to any complaint about noise. The appliances were old the HVAC system was on its last leg which leads to higher electricity bills. However, maintenance was quick to respond to any problems. Maintenance also typically fixed any problem the first time and they were not scared to replace an appliance that wasn't working well. The floor plans are perfectly arranged and the apartments are very cheap for what you get. Our rent did not increase over three years. There are few specials and few vacancies in this complex for good reasons. If you get an apartment in this complex, hang on to it! The reason this complex was so awsome was the manager who really seemed to know how to run an apartment complex. We moved because I got a new job in another area and we miss it a lot!
