I have read the posted reviews and let me just say you can't please everybody. My husband and I have truly enjoyed living here for the first two years of our marriage. The management is great, VERY helpful, and the price was the best in town for all the space and privacy you get. The complex is older, and some of the appliances are too, but ours never failed to be in good working order, and come on...you get a free washer and dryer in the unit. The maintenance man is the best...very nice family community. Every balcony faces wooded area, or the pool. Very Quiet! Best of all they NEVER raised my rent from the killer special I got in on.
Give it a look...You will like it.
