WHERE DO I START' THE MAINTENACE IS TERRIBLE EVERYTIME I HAVE A PROBLEM THE MAN WILL LAUGH IN MY FACE, WHEN MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL BROKE, HE LAUGHED AND SAID THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A GARGAGE DISPOSAL, THEY ARE GIMICS''' WHAT''' THEN MY BATHROOM FLOODED THE MAINTENANCE MAIN DIDNT BELIEVE ME AND SAID I WAS SEEING THINGS AND THERE WAS NO FLOOD IN MY BATHROOM, IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS AND CALLS FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND REMOVE THE WATER FROM THE CARPET AND EVEN MORE CALLS TO HAVE THE CARPET PROPERLY CLEANED/TREATED. THEY SAID THEY TREATED THE CARPET BY NO ONE COULD TELL ME THE PROCEDURE OF THE CLEANING TO PROVE IT WAS DONE OR MANAGEMENT WAS PRESENT DURING THE CLEANING. THE NEIGHBORS WERE SELLING DRUGS UPSTAIRS, I NOTIFIED THE MANAGEMENT THEY SAID THEY WOULD NEED MORE PROOF OR THE APARTMENT COMPLEX COULD GET SUED, BUT THERE WERE LOTS OF COMPLAINTS FROM ALL THE TENANTS BUT COULDNT DO ANYTHING YET THEY WERE "PROCEDURES" THAT NEEDED TO BE FOLLOWED FIRST'!' THIS PLACE IS A MESS, MANAGEMENT, MANINTENANCE, JUST EVERYTHING!!!

why didn'this person call the police if they felt their neighboor was doing or dealing drugs.Why would anyone feel the manager or management should get involved in a cime. It's a choice you have to call 911 for any emergency.

True the person should have called the police, but the manager and management should care if a crime is being commited on their property. If you know a crime is being commited and you do nothing doesn't that make you an accessory after the fact? I do believe it does. Maybe the folks who complained should (if they have proof of their complaint) call the police on the complex for aiding in the commission of a crime. See if that makes them care a bit more about if a crime is or is not being committed on their grounds.
