We lived at Woodcreek for 9 months and I feel like we got a great rate when we moved in. The maintenance staff was always responsive whenever we needed anything. It was easy to go to the office because we were always greated with a smile and a helpful staff. We had talked with several neighbors that had been living there a long time and they said last year there was a stretch when they had a bad manager that wasn't very nice but when we moved-in in the Summer 2004, they had a new staff that was awesome! It is so pretty there with all the trees and nature and they keep up their grounds well, not like other places we have lived. It was very quiet and you never saw people just hanging out for no reason looking for trouble like where we have moved to now. The ONLY reason we moved from Woodcreek is because we wanted our children to be in a specific school. If your considering this property, don't hesitate. Just as we were moving they were installing all new digital microwaves, updating light fixtures, tile...etc. I guess we missed out.
