The apt. was beautiful when my husband and I firsted moved in, but about two months into the apt. small things started to break down. We had to have the diswasher replaced, the carpet had hidden stains, and the walls have a cheap thin paint coat. Most of the problems we have had seemed to have been covered up from the previous resident, and you had to pay the price for it. The parking is horrible. The complex has rules for parking, but there is not a courtesy officer or anyone to enforce the rules so people can take up four parking spots with one car and you have to park somewhere in the back far away from your apt.. The walls are very thin, we can hear the television from the apt. below and the music in the apt to the right of us. There is a really bad spider problem because we are so close to the creek.

If stains are hidden how can you see it? By the way your test results for the paint sample are in and you are correct it is from the makers Cheap & Associates.
