I decided to write this review to return the favor to those who contribute to this website in a positive manner. I am currently having to relocate out of this property because of my job other wise I would have stayed here. Arlington is a much cleaner place than Dallas so a non-gated property in Arlington is more likely to be safer than a gated property in Dallas. I have been here for nine-months and from what I'm aware of crime almost doesn't exist here. I've only seen cops around here once and even then I think they were just cruising around. Tonti Properties maintains this place very clean and I hope their property in Carrolton that I'm considering is just as good. The walls are kinda thin but if you're a nagger to begin with your opinion is pointless. The management does what they can to help out with maintenance and utility issues. The maintenance guys are hardworking individuals just like everybody else trying to make an honest living. The area is very quite all the time. People mind their own business and as far as parking there is enough to go around.

I have lived here four years ago and this is an older complex but it is a good one. Where else are you going to find an apartment with a full size washer and dyer in it, even in some of the one bedrooms!!!!
