ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS CHECK THE ARLINGTON POLICE DEPT PUBLIC RECORDS ON THIS PLACE!!! THESE USED TO BE A NICE PLACE TO CALL HOME BUT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NO LONGER SAFE AND THE MANAGER ISN'T DOING ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!! THERE ARE NO NOTICES FROM THE OFFICE TO WARN RESIDENTS OF HOW MANY BREAK INS ARE HAPPENING! AND NOT JUST CARS!!! DOORS ARE BEING BROKEN IN AND APARTMENTS ARE BEING ROBBED!!!! IF YOU TALK TO THE MANAGER THE RESPONSE IS...... I'M WORKING ON A CRIME WATCH MEETING, BUT DOES IT REALLY TAKE OVER 2 MONTHS TO ORGANIZE A MEETING'''''
DONT BOTHER TO STOP IN AND TAKE A LOOK HERE! THEY SEEM OK BUT.... THINK AGAIN, HOPEFULLY IF YOU DONT LISTEN TO THIS ADVICE WHEN YOU COME BY TO LOOK, NOBODY WILL BE IN THE OFFICE.

I do get notified when there is a robbery. There have been 2 in one year. I think your best bet is to not move in the bottom story near the woods as I would think you would be an easy target there. All apartments have a robbery now and then, so renters insurance can protect you from property loss (less your deductable) and having neighbors so close makes robberies less likely in apartments than a private secluded home. (more neighbors to watch out for you)
