I agree!!Someone was walking by my window the other night and when I called to tell the manager the following morning, of course she was not there!She is never there I have lived her about 3 years and have seen alot of faces.Im not going to renew my lease... to many changes and to many problems here!

Taking a walk around someones window at 2 in the morning???!!!Maybe they dont know about sidewalks or parks.Maybe they like to walk around windows and dark areas for a reason???With all the crime thats going on here I would rather piss on myself then let some one sh@t all over me,when they have all my stuff in there home! I think she needs to know about the STRANGE ACTIVITY that happens at nite.You know like give her a heads up.Have the police officer that lives here walk the back areas a little more. BUT since she is hard to get a hold of Im sure it will continue.I gave it 1 star?HMMM let me give it what it really deserves if it can go that low.

First off, punctuation and sentence structure help when trying to make a point. I found myself distracted more by your crude English than your actual response. Now that is out of the way, allow me to dissect your argument. You need to take a step back and read your response in the most unbiased viewpoint possible. You didn't give one single constructive critique. Reviews like this do not belong on this website. You come off as if you're whining and instead of doing the mature thing by going straight to the source (manager), you come online to bash a respectable complex. I cannot take your message or concerns seriously. To say your manager is NEVER there is just foolish. I'm sorry, but you can find time out of the day to get a hold of her if you were truly serious. How about your get off your damn soapbox and give this apartment a fair rating. Just because you have a person walk outside your window doesn't mean it deserves one star. If it was so bad, then why have you been there for 3 years. You're either a lazy person or someone who likes to complain. I'm going with the latter.

You must work here.Well good now that I got someone from the office,Do you think you could have the police officer walk the back at night?I have a problem with people outside my window late at night and it creeps me out.As you can read the other comments on this site they obviously do to.Thanks!Oh I almost forgot my hot water does not get hot anymore.

I have lived at woodcreek for a longtime and I love it. The managment has been in the office a long time now as well as the maint. Me personally I havent had any problems, well maybe my upstairs neighbors but nothing I cant live with. The complex is older and you cant expect everything to be perfect i give the place 3 stars. some people can be so funny on this thing. mean and hateful too.
