A new management company came in, and only allows Section 8 housing-and is kicking all the good people who have lived here out and replacing them with welfare families and drug dealers. Before, you could let your kids play outside. Now you can't.
Our heat went out in November and didn't get fixed until end of February-AFTER the city inspector was here on 4 separate occasions. The heater in my neighbors apartment caught fire and it took them 3 months to replace it. The kids are now damaging cars, pissing on the sides of the buildings, and climb on the porch to break in. Those of us in lower income jobs who are honest are now being replaced by those who are not. WATCH IT! THEY WILL NOT REPAIR ANYTHING! DON'T DO IT!
