the new manager CLAUDIA MENDOZA is very rude and manner less. she is always in confrontation with people. this month she deliberately closed office on Friday 3 rd July and took vacation on 3,4 and 5 th July. than on 6 th she charged at least 25 apartments for late fee 60 $. she has clearly done cheating. up on inquiry she never gives the number of main corporate office. as she knows that if apartment lease holders will complain about her cheating , than she might loose job.

i am leaving in wood wind since 2 years. everything was good before , but since this new manager is here, everything sucks. she is here since 4-5 months and she is giving trouble to almost everybody. IF ANY BODY KNOWS CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER OF WOODWIND MANAGMENT THAN PLEASE NOTIFY THEM ABOUT THIS CHEATER LADY.

Well it's just all about how you see things but I'm sure you are confused by not wanting to pay late fees you think that because people don't give in to what you want that makes them mannerless or confrontational. The office had posted signs by the end of June. Also it would be kind of hard I would think to cheat becuse all money orders are made to Woodwind and when YOU pay your rent You pay with a credit card.
