If you read your lease it explains every single detail in reference to your late fees. Signs were posted on the doors a week before July 4th weekend stating that the office would be closed July 3, 4, and 5th. When you move in you are told that there is a night drop where everybody can drop off rents all checks and money orders are made out to Woodwind Apts, Credit cards go directly into woodwinds bank accounts there for how can that money be cheated. I know her and she is a nice lady, strict but nice. and tries to be fair. Late fees are charged to everyone just like anywhere else. Ive been here for a while and Ive never had a problem with any of the staff, whether they are new or old.

I think this supposed review clearly shows her lack of professionalism. When a manager refers to herself in the third person as though she were a tenant, in order to form some sort of defense against our bad reviews of her poor conduct and attitude. If you aren't sure this is her, ask yourself: Who else would respond in this way? How would a tenant know where the deposits go? And so on... I think its sad that we lost David as a manager, he would have gotten off his ass to put a memo on everyone's door, and not consider sticking one up on a RECESSED DOORWAY supposedly "one week" prior adequate forewarning. The only time anyone goes up there is for maintenance, to buy or put money on their laundry card, or to pay rent.
