Shady Valley Square Apartments 33% Recommended May 08 2008: This place is getting much better- Some new owners bought it a few months ago, and they re-did the pavement, put in new washer's and dryer's, hired all new staff, and are kicking out all the bad tenants. I've seen Fielder Crossing 36% Recommended May 07 2008: I am a new renter; however, I have been very pleased with the apartment and with the helpful staff. Shortly after I moved in, the stove stopped working properly. Within two days I had a new stove installed. The grounds Providence in the Park (formerly Jefferson in the Park) 52% Recommended May 06 2008: One Bed / One Bath, Huge Living/Kitchen open plan. Attached, direct access one car garage. Washer Dryer Hookups. New Carpet, garden tub, security system, lots of closet space. Forest Ridge Apartments 35% Recommended May 06 2008: The Arligton Fire Department came by to pay us a visit. apparently there was a gas leak. They shut the boilers off. NO HOT WATER TODAY! Fielder Crossing 36% Recommended May 05 2008: I have lived in this community since 1998. Ten years. I've out stayed most management companies and great tenants as well as bad ones. We have had only a few Great managers. Everytime we get one that actually cares about |
