Don't pass this up - Northwood Place is a great place to live. I am very impressed by management, maintenance and the condition of the property. Nice Place to Live River Oaks is a nice place to live. For the price, in Arlington, it's a great deal. Noise is hardly a problem at all. Only once since living here (almost a year now) have I heard any noise what so ever. Parking is ok, there are some places that could be better
