get what you pay for We had some issues with roaches and other insects, and that problem got taken care of after I wrote a letter to the owner of the complex. Our neighbors fight and smoke pot everyday. The apartments are a nice size and if you get better neighbors it might be worth it.

Love It! Me and my pug are very happy here! The neighbors are friendly without being obtrusive, the maintence (though it has been minor work only) has always been done promptly and without any problem (they are in and out and never leave a mess).

For the most part it's not a bad place to live. However the water/sewer bill has gone up a lot over the course of a year. The appliances need updating and I have called maintenance countless times for my a/c and they merely put a "band-aid" on the situation instead of replacing it.
