The management is awful and dishonest. One manager sometimes sits outside of her apartment and spys just because she is bored. I have also caught them in many lies and they will do whatever they can to make it look like its your fault. Make sure, if you do move there, to get copies of EVERYTHING and have them sign because if not, it would be as if it never happened. Please do not move here. I know that Athens isn't that big of a town but there are many other places to live. Don't waste your time and money!!!!! Trust ME!!!!

if you read your lease throughly it pretty much spells out everything you need to know. and common sense should tell you that no matter where or what it is you ALWAYS get it in writing. did you ever think that maybeshe is checking you out?! it would be a good thing to have someone watching all the time. it stops the bad ones from doing the things theere not suppose do! what were you doing that it makes you angry that she is watching the place. if you dont do anyathing wrong - nohting to worry about.

Are you nuts, that is totally creepy to have someone spying and snooping around. Especially if your not doing anything wrong. That would make a very uncomfortable living situation. If it is run professionally they would provide all copies but I am guessing from the rest of the reviews this is not the case.
