I am very suprised! I have been at this place for a while now! I have been through different managers and I have to say that the people they got working for them now really got it together. I can not believe some of the things that these people are saying! I know that they dont put up with trouble makers. And I dont want them as neighbors anyhow!

i agree. I moved here in 2003 and have lived at athena gardens since 2004. the place looks better and the attitude is very much improved. i was about to leave when the new mananger startd and got things to where there are no parties and people wandering around at all hours. if you just follow the rules and want to live someplace nice this is the place to be!! oh yeah, my first year was down the road and it was a nightmare!
