I lived at these apartments for over 15yrs.(YES 15yrs) my overall experience was a good one. I do this because I think that peolpe should know that you need to read your contract and ask questions . Due to the lose of my job I had to move so I did what I thought I was suppose to do . I had heard somethings but here's the part I didn't know about until it happend to me it's what's called a Move Out Rconciliation Report(collection for damages/cleaning/ water bill) as I said before I thought I was doing my part I cleaned,gave my 30 day notice and did a walk thru it was a surprise to me when I got this notice(bill) as I said before read your contract and take note of your water bill I was a month behind due to how they bill you so that was also something I didn't catch untill this took place. Know that they can charge you for things that you my think are ok such as cleaning/shampoo , blinds even if you did clean . Most of all I paid two ways one with money and the second personally.KNOW YOUR CONTRACT and ASK QUESTIONS.
