I have lived here for 4 years and really haven't had any problems. The parking isn't the greatest, but I have never had my car broken into or damaged. I usually have had any problems fixed within a day. The staff is nice and courteous but seems to change often. It's pretty quiet here. ...Full review of Countryside Townhomes

This place is awful! I lived there 3 years ago and moved out after they tried to up my rent $90/mo after the first year. I tried to warn my boyfriend to steer clear, but at the time it was the least expensive in the area and he just needed an out. His upstairs neighbor was normal for the last year an a half until 2 weeks ago when he either a) got off his meds, or b) started ...Full review of Canyon Creek Apartments

These apartments were some of the most promising in the area and relatively cheap, however even while we were moving in the rents were on the rise. The rent for a renewed lease is going to be more than a $100 increase. The pest control is lacking and I've had to put out my own roach and water bug traps. The mainenance crew is totally under staffed. When we moved in they didn't even ...Full review of Arbors of Austin Apartments

Management (Christina) is a pain to deal with. I would suggest keep well-documented records and pictures of any communication you have with them (a good practice in general). When it comes time to move out they will take as much out of your deposit as possible, so the more items you keep documented as evidence the better. In general, they are very shady to deal with. The actual units are ...Full review of Chaparosa Apartments
