This place was a little small and a bit overpriced. But i guess thats what you get when you want to live close to campus. Noise here really isn't an issue teh surrounding co-ops throw about two big parties a year and thats about it as far as noise goes. Management sucks. Plain and simple, if your leases through Campus and Central I would pick up and run. They are by far the worse most unprofessional I've ever had to deal with. It took about 2 weeks and the brink of legal action for them to fix our A/C and it was August too. Repairs usually aren't made unless you put in two maintaince request. In all, live here is you like, just stay away from Campus and Central Management. They are a bunch of clowns.
