CAMPUS AND CENTRAL manages this property and they are a bunch of moron, ass clowns. My heater broke in the winter and it took them a month of coming out and saying nothing was wrong before they fixed it. Then, the heater broke in the summer! NO A/C IN TEXAS HEAT. They refused to believe that anything was wrong with it. Even the A/C repair man told us it was broken and needed to be replaced and they still said it was fine! The property manager, ----, is the dumbest oaf I have ever seen. Under no circumstances would he, or anyone else, believe anything we said. The only way I could get them to fix anything was by sending letters by certified mail. I guess that scared them enough to come out. In the end, my roommate and I got the hell out of that run down ---- hole. Oh, and as for the deposit, don't expect to get that back. Those lying bastards charge you for things that aren't even wrong. They charged us to patch holes in the wall that didn't exist. They also charged us a fee saying that we made them come out to look at our heater and A/C unit when nothing was wrong. We put down a huge deposit and didn't even get half of it back. The pool, if you can call it that, was the dumpster for most of the complex. There were always beer bottles and trash covering the top of it and the rest of the "courtyard". Avoid this ---- hole at all costs. ----'s wife might just do something for you if you promise to move in. That's the only joy ride you'll get when you live there.
