i jus finished my lease here. my time here was horrible. the only good thing was that i had sex with one of the leasing office ladies. she was real hot for an older woman with a kid. i even had ---- intercourse with her. and im actually still seeing her.
but besides all that, i would not recommend 12 oaks to anyone.
