I lived in this complex during my senior year at UT, and I could not have been happier. Jeff and Leslie, the owners, are amazing people who are on-site a couple of days a week and are all-too-willing to help with any concerns. They're also incredibly fair in their pricing. Most nearby complexes are charging upwards of 50% more for similar rooms, but the owners here are consciously in the business of providing more practical pricing for college student housing. Bill, the maintenance guy, is also awesome.

This and some of the other 5 ratings are fake reviews! They are written by the managers of the property. Who says they are close to UT, ACC, and downtown? The wording is the same as others mentioning Jeff and Leslie and other nearby complexes. Jeff always complains about nearby complexes or communities... same wording... Such a fraud!
