I loved living here. As others said they are privately owned and after dealing with some of the management companies in Austin this was a HUGE change. The owners are great to deal with, fair, and attentive to the residents' needs. The place is definitely on the older side and has pretty...uh...blue carpet...but once you get past that the complex is GREAT. Tons of parking, good square footage for the price, and they have great all-inclusive deals. Being privately owned you can really tell they take pride in ownership as they are constantly maintaining the grounds, and making repairs/upgrades as needed. Bill, the maintenance guy, was great. He lives on site so whenever I had a problem (rare) he was there in a flash.
I have pretty bad allergies and I don't think the age of the complex helped but the AC units were new, clean, pumped out ice cold air in the summer!
