The place is great! 1 bedroom/1 bath with a roomy living area. ALL BILLS PAID HERE! FREE T1 INTERNET! The a/c is freezing cold (which I love) and the water becomes hot instantly and the maintenance is very very good. This is right on the corner of 24th street and Lamar. This is right next to UT, which is four to five blocks from UT. It takes about 15 mins to walk there. ACC (Rio Grande Campus) is also very close by also, Downtown is only a five min drive. Leslie, and Jeff are really understanding and easy to get ahold of if you have question. All you have to do is email them or go to their office during the day they are usually there.

I am alittle suspicious of thesefive rave reviews too. Hmmmmm.

This and some of the other 5 ratings are fake reviews! They are written by the managers of the property. Who says they are close to UT, ACC, and downtown? Any the manager always talks about the ac and water getting hot quickly when he shows you an apartment. Such a fraud!
