This place rocks. The owners will treat you like actual people unlike most of the jerks who own real estate around here. It's all bills paid and the air conditioning is my favorite part of it all. They don't skimp on the all bills paid either like those other places and they actually give you gas as well. There is always parking near my door, and if I want I can park in the garage as I please. Maintenance is always taken care of the same day, normally right when I say it. I don't have to go through the BS of filling out a report and waiting a couple weeks for some hotshot a-hole to okay it. There's a whole bunch of other things that I could go on and on about how this place is the best place in west campus, but I have a test that I need to cram for right now. :D
