I have lived at West 24th Street Apartments this past year and have loved it. The managers are really helpful and always reliable, not to mention the maintence guy that lives on site who is willing to help out with any problem in the apartment at any time! There is plenty of parking and the area is pretty safe. The rooms are in great shape and have recently been renovated. The balconies are probably my favorite part since the weather is so nice most of the time.The apartments are pretty quiet and the complex is always clean and kept up well.
I have never had any problems here and would definitely recommend it to anyone, from a college student to a married couple. Of all the places I have lived in Austin, this has been the best.
