Pros:
1. The landlord truly cares about every single tenants in the apartment. if you ever have a problem with the apartment, he will sit you down and figure some sort of a solution out for you.
2. The rooms are VERY spacious. The livingroom is huge and has big windows, so your place will be bright with the natural light when you open the blind. The sun doesn't come in directly through the windows so it doesn't heat your place up with the scorching texan sun rays. The bedroom is big enough to actually fit two beds and still you'll have plenty space left, so you can have a roommate and split the rent, if you want.
3. the apartment is super pet-friendly. Across from your apartment is a park where you can walk your dogs.
4. maintenance is excellent. If you have anything that needs to be fixed, just walk down to the maintenance guy Bill's suite and knock on the door. He will fix almost immediately, as long as the problem isn't too complicated to be finished within a day.
5. The place has barbecue grill, and you can use it whenever you want.
6. The parking comes for free, and there has been always more than plenty space to park. You also get a free guest parking pass as well!
7. Closets are BIG! Lots of storage space!
8. The kitchen has a brand-new fridge, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher.
9. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED with the rent EXCEPT ELECTRICITY (it depends on which apt building you live in. One building includes all bills).
10. The landlord is honest! which means you most likely will ACTUALLY get the deposit back, unlike almost all the apartments in west campus.
11. Security is great! I've never felt unsafe here.
12. The rent is very reasonable for 1/1s. You won't find a deal like this place if you are looking for a 1/1. It's clean, fairly new, and price is great.
