I lived here as a graduate student for 5 years and found this apartment complex to be the most affordable and spacious apartments in West Campus. The management/owners and on-site manager were not only most accommodating in changing living situations, but they know tenants by name. While the facilities are older, recent renovations in tiles, fixtures, carpeting keep the apartments modern, yet modest in West Campus prices. Proximity to university campus, parks and downtown made for incredible perks. This apartment complex and its owners can provide an almost stress-free, graduate living experience.
