terrible management, i would probably still live here if it werent for the terrible horrible woman, robin. she is an absolute pain to deal with, and doesnt care at all about you on a personal basis. she brings her daughter to work with her to kick tenants out or catch them with a pet (surprise visits!) how professional! the neighbours were great, some came and went but for the most part many stayed for years. the sound is terrible. the neighbours arent artying or anything, but the walls are so thin you can hear EVERY WORD. i kid you not. do not expect to say anything private in this apartment! the heating/ac bill was about $100 every month due to poor insulation. IN A STUDIO $100! awful
my boyfriends (and several other tenants) had his car window broken 3 times, and then his ENTIRE car was stolen. they managers did nothing. i think they may have said sorry though.
anyways, i got kicked out of the apartment complex (let me rephrase, they did not want me to renew my lease) because I complained about my safety after police almost kicked down my neighbours door at 3 in the morning because her boyfriend was beating her. hmmmm. they said i was a liability because i talked to them about my safety.
so... i dont recommend it unless you are ready to be jerked around.
p.s. my mom cleaned for 2 days to get the apt in sparkling condition (she is an absolute cleaning freak. who vacuums every single day!') and the apt complex said they had to clean for 52 hours to get my apt clean, and i didnt get my $250 deposit back! other tenants that left didnt get their deposit back either.
