Worst Apartments With Lot Of Pet Crap Around - I have been living in apartments for almost more than 12 years now. Archstone Monterey Ranch is THE WORST apartments I have ever lived in. There are a lot of dogs, and people don't even care to pick after their dogs. The management does NOTHING about it inspite of multiple complaints; so a lot of crap lying around with its stink. The maintenance responds within the specified time but ...Full review of IMT Monterey Ranch

getting my money's worth here - Just signed my renenwal and they told me I should post something on here. My two favorite things about this place is that the full size washer/dryer are included and the nice kitchen. My apartment is really pretty and I like it a lot. I've been here nearly a year and the office staff still remembers me... and they're pretty hot too. (ok, maybe i'm trying to get free rent now lol ...Full review of Villas at Stone Oak Ranch

Good place to live, but too pricey - I've lived at this apartment for 2 years and it's been fine. Rent is way to much for this complex though and you would think after living here 2 years and signing 3 lease contracts they would be grateful, but no, they were not and they RAISE RENT. So be careful if you plan on staying here for longer than one lease term. They also DO NOT CARE if you lose your job or have to ...Full review of Jefferson Center

Not great but not horrible - When you are on the bottom floor it can be quite noisy with just normal activity- insulation seems to be almost non-existent. Parking was usually fine with rare exceptions of having to park a little further away than you would like. Maintenance fixed things right when they showed up (even on a Sunday they came out to fix the water heater). But with minor fixes they don't always show unless ...Full review of Marquis at Iron Rock Ranch

Just Moved Out - I suppose when I leased here almost two years ago the going rate was good for the apartment but when prices when down (way down, $80 less than my lease) and my lease was up for renewal they did not offer me the new going rate. Fine, the place is usually clean and their maintenance staff is very helpful (if they ever get your message). But the gate did not work for at least seven months ...Full review of Jefferson At Falcon Ridge

I like it here a LOT! - I love my tree house! I live top floor with a beautiful view, and have had no problems here that weren't quickly resolved. Everything is in great shape (knock on wood) and I have been here for over a year now! Handy dandy location too, and since it's a few miles out of town (and a state trooper evidently lives near my building now), it seems very safe. The pool is hideous, ...Full review of River Stone Ranch

Horrible.... - So I've lived here for 2 years and have had two floods...I guess I should start calling it my "Annual Flood". So I have tried calling the "Emergency Situation" line and no one answers to my call. I've been up since 5 am switching cups and towels from my floor as water from my ceiling falls. Water is everywhere and NO ONE IS COMING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!! I've tried ...Full review of Broadmoor Apartments

management - The management at McNeil House, especially Michele Conner, are wonderful! I lived in the complex for a little over four years. There was never a time when I needed something done, that it wasn't completed timely. Michele, the apartment manager, was always very approchable and great to work with. I can't say enough about Michele and her professionalism and how I enjoyed ...Full review of McNeil Ranch

Don't Recommend - I've lived here for 2 years now and at first, it was a good place to live. Great location, relatively nice apartment. Since new management took over, it's all gone downhill. The office manager is an itch with a capital B, unaccomodating, constantly change polices, and send lots of notices to your door. Like a previous reviewer said, I wouldn't trust them. ...Full review of Statehouse On Congress

Not a bad place... - I have been here for 3-1/2 years. Overall, I have enjoyed living here, but, as with any place, there are pros and cons... PROS: I have a 2-2, and it feels like a home more than an apartment. The layout is friendly to most furniture and lacks the layout funkiness some other apartments have. The kitchens are much nicer here than in most apartments. The rooms are large ...Full review of Alara at Canyon Creek
