this place is a crap hole. I am leaving at the end of my lease and am sub-leasing this summer because it is so horrible. At move-in the apt was supposed to be professionaly cleaned, but the carpet was nasty and there were hand prints behind the toilet...obviously from a vomit visit during a party. There was also a pest infestation upon move-in, which they would not fix. The ac in my room does not work and they said they cant do anything about it. also the walls are paper thin, and you can hear your tenants and the noisy west campus parties. The walls are cracked and the bathroom cauking is absent. This place is nasty and univerity realty sucks as management. Also they say there is only one less parking spot, but I think they lied because there is NEVER any parking during the day or weekends. Our lease stated that they would replace the countertops. Seven months later, no new countertops.
