12/20/13 by anonymous: Literally the WORST apartment complex every, strictly because of the management. Only lived here for 7 months, but would have left sooner due to the worst service from the manager and people in the office. The only exception to the horrible staff was Erin, a lovely girl who worked in the front, and a guy with maintenance, whose name I do not know. Everyone else that I dealt more

08/20/14 by anonymous: First the positive. -They generally fix things quickly. -The apartment is fairly large and ok for the price. -They have washer dryer hook-ups. The negatives -There is poor lighting meaning no porch light in front by your door. Not to mention te grounds are also poorly lighted. -Cars get broken into all the time resulting from poor security. -Kids roam the grounds without parents as young as more

08/12/14 by Tiana2318: In our apartment we had painted one bedroom. Before moving out we had gone down to the office and asked what the procedure was as far as repainting goes and they told us to simply prime it and they would be repainting it themselves. Our move out date was June 28th. So, before moving out of our apartment we went to Home Depot and bought primer (we even asked the employees if the primer was more

08/06/14 by RowYerboat: Once again I have been ripped off by a corporate leasing agency. First, I have the usual gripes of gouging returning tenants with huge rate hikes to offset discounts given to new tenants, constantly rotating office staff and management that mostly doesn't care. Second, the parking is absolutely abysmal with tiny little spots barely large enough for my compact car, and so few of them that I more

03/13/14 by anonymous: Tired, outdated property that is trying to be hip 78704. That would be fine but for the exceptional overpricing and constant intrusions. I have never lived anywhere else that I was so involved in the day-to-day operations of a rental property. Live here if you want to get notices to take everything off your balcony for a building powerwash that never happens, or receive endless door note more

08/19/14 by r32476: I moved into WatersPark because of location. The office people seemed helpful and polite. I had read where the company stuck it to people for fees and fines when you moved out but didn't give much credence to the statements. Well I should have because they really do make you pay to move out. My advice is if you have a pet do not move in because you will pay and pay for having a pet. more

07/06/14 by anonymous: AWFUL!!! pool doesn't work, full construction, pretty rude, pretty old, gym equipment is very old and some of it does not work either... If you like bugs, this is the right place to live because I have tried to kill them with everything.. and they have sent their pest control once a week to "control the issue" but nothing happens.... so.... LOTS OF BUGS YALL! more

06/09/14 by topaz888: I just had to write a review because I think it's really unfair to see so many negative reviews, especially when so many of them are from 2011 during the time they were apparently doing construction (I moved here in February 2013). First off, I am a single mom with two young children (age 8 and 4). For me the top two priorities in a place to live are: safety and cleanliness. I have lived more

04/12/14 by anonymous: The response to the previous reviewer is clearly someone who works here, because everything that person said is true. I've been here around half a year and here's my take: Pros: - Gas station is across the street, and HEB and CVS are minutes away on foot. - If you work/study at UT, the shuttle stops across the street. And it's the last stop on the route, so it's more

07/02/14 by anonymous: THE BAD: Where do I even start? Management is still very disorganized even after Joel the new property manager took over. At least half the time I end very angry, unsatisfied, and stressed out after dealing with the management. Each person there keeps telling me contradictory information and because it is all verbal no one is held accountable. The units and buildings are in very poor more

07/26/14 by anonymous: I was a victim of sexual assault while I lived at Onion Creek Luxury Apartments on 10701 S. IH 35 in my apartment and a police officer accompanied me to the office so that I could inform the manager that I was giving 30 days notice pursuant to Texas Property Code 92.0161. The manager had me to sign/date and she signed/dated a "TERMINATION OF LEASE- SEXUAL ASSAULT-TX" that stated my more

01/15/14 by anonymous: When I lived there I loved the SQ for the price. I liked the floor plan as well. I liked most of the neighbors except people from one apartment. There were drug dealers that lived there and it took several weeks for management to get them out. Instead of doing this right away they tried scare tactics such as putting a note on each door to say we are watching one apt in this building for drug sell more

03/04/14 by anonymous: Zero safety. Just google Great hills murder. I cant believe that within 5 months, there has been 3 gun related murders. For God's sake, this is not Mexican border! Management is disaster and come with every excuse to take more money and when it comes to the terms they are under to make compensations, they come up with 1000 excuses and explanation. 03/05/14 by NordicViking: Camden owned the properties when I first moved here 11/06. New owner bought the place 1/08 and when my lease was up with them, after white trash treatment, 1/09, I moved to Dallas and had an ongoing battle with my deposits due as I'd left it in pristine condition...after having my atty get involved, rec'd my entire deposit...Husband and I are looking to move to Austin and more

09/25/13 by anonymous: I lived there one very long year! I liked the apt layout and size. But the managers were about as friendly as a lion with a thorn in its paw! They created a very hostile unfriendly enviroment! Anything suggested or requested, was always met with opposition! Simple things that could have been easily fixed were ignored. I gave up using their (for lack of a better term business office) because more

10/16/13 by anonymous: I got on this web page to write something good about my apartment complex because they really have made an impact on me but I'm shocked to read these reviews. I have been a resident for 1 & 1/2 years. I really have not had any problems. First I would like to say to you all, you should have automatically known that this is not a high standard property, the rent is less expensive and more

08/04/14 by anonymous: Biggest mistake moving here. Office staff is rude and unprofessional. The first month moving in we found out there were RATS! Than to find out we have a couple months left in our lease and we have the rat issue again! 06/07/14 by theguy_in_atx: WISH I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS Don't move here. The good reviews are pretty much BS. Do you want to spend $1500+ a month to live in a place where you put your life in danger every day driving through a parking garage, then only to walk down a hall filled with dog piss and crap, into your tiny apartment that has the crappiest design with BS finish out? Yes, we have IKEA kitchen accessory more
