Creepy neighbors, loud parties at the minute pool (which only serves to increase the water bill), and overall rundown appearance contribute to my negative rating of this apartment. The real killer, though, is that they "allocate" utilities which means you pay some fixed fraction of everybody's water & gas usage, and since the rest of the renters are such wasters it typically comes out to $45/month just for gas and water. The units themselves are nice, but the kitchen cabinets are poorly designed; they're all either too narrow or too high to be of any use. Still, I never had a problem with safety and my car was never touched, even when I was out of town for a week or over Christmas break. However, due to the reasons first mentioned, I'm leaving the moment my lease is up and never coming back. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
