Hancock Square

924/6/8 East 40th Street, Austin, TX 78751

10/01/13 by anonymous: Great for a Student I lived here for 2 years in a studio during my grad school. I got a nice unit on the second floor facing Hancock Center. The best part was how affordable it was. I liked the trees in the backyard and it was nice to just sit and have a cup of tea in the evening right near my door. The management is generally nice and helpful though they are located far from this property. The more

Ivy Park

3204 Manchaca Rd # 413, Austin, TX 78704

03/29/13 by ivyres: Not bad at all for the price you pay. Location is good, it is quiet and safe if you want a low cost apt in Austin this is a great value. The amenities are limited, yes, but you still get a clean pool, and hot water boiler was just changed and hot water no longer a problem. Management does not put a lot of money on this place, but they are responsive when major issues come up. more

Lakeview Apartments

2401 S Lakeshore Blvd, Austin, TX 78741

09/01/11 by This apartment gave me a second chance after coming out of a broken lease and there are times I am late with the rent but the management works with me. I have to admit there is a lot of cop cars that come in the area to make sure prostitutes and drugs are not going on. They have security and a towing company that come around unexpectedly to make sure residents and their guest are not have any more

Leon Apartments

2207 Leon St, Austin, TX 78705

12/05/12 by anonymous: I've lived here in a 2 bed 2 bath for two years during my sophomore and junior year at UT. Overall, this apartment is pretty decent, the rent was pretty cheap and reasonable and came with parking spots. However, the parking is kind of sketchy. The walls are pretty thin and the insulation is really weak. Also, the AC system doesn't push the hot/cold air into the more

Nalle Woods

4700 North Capital of Texas Highway, Austin, TX 78746

08/13/12 by anonymous: My wife and I moved from New Jersey to Texas, and toured several Austin apartment buildings, and fell in love with Nalle Woods. We could not have been happier with our experience. The Management team made us feel welcome, and was extremely efficient with handling our needs and requests. The grounds were well maintained and the pool setting was like being on vacation everyday. My more

Parks Apartments

05/17/14 by rmm234: I needed to move to Austin in a real hurry for a new job back in January. As any Austinite will tell you, the rent situation is kind of crazy and I was really starting to lose hope of finding an affordable place that wasn't a slum. Stumbled upon Parks Apartments by accident and let me tell you, what a blessing! My 1 bedroom is the perfect size and the management literally redid more

Springs Garden Homes

4716 Duval Road, Austin, TX 78727

04/03/13 by Kimdr: I was on a short timeline to move and only had one day to view several possibilities. I had 2 dogs (50 lbs ) and needed a back yard with a glass sliding door for a future dog door install. Not only was the staff understanding, but offered to install a fence through a small area between units to make a fenced area for the dogs. The decision of where to move was easy! Staff are very helpful more
