Not Arx Management anymore, (across the alley in bldg. A) - Money is the only thing that matters, your rent. The new owner is a slumlord in every sense. The filters in the a/c units don't get changed. I have lived in four other complexes in Hyde Park and filters would be replaced every month, six weeks tops. It costs money for new filters. Of course, it takes more electricity to push air through a dirty filter. If your appliance is not ...Full review of Hyde Park Apartments

- Management has changed over for the better. I love the my apartment. The layout is great for my roommate and I. We enjoy the pool being clean all the time and the shade from the tree by our apartment. I haven't had any parking issues nor break ins. The gate was broken but is now fixed and closes like it should. Our neighbors are very friendly and we haven't had anything break in our ...Full review of Woodmark Apartments

No complaints - I enjoyed my time at the Marquis at Ladera Vista. The staff was very helpful and maintenance responded quickly. I rented the smallest one-bedroom apartment - other than it being small, it was fine and the balcony was nice and big. Also, the covered parking was nice (no assigned spaces). The area around the Arboretum is a little more expensive than other areas, but all-in-all it is ...Full review of Marquis At Ladera Vista

Worst Ever Customer Service By Office Staff - I moved to Woodmoor Apartments in July of 2008 and I was delighted to find that both the location and the customer service provided by the office staff were both wonderful. Unfortunately, since then there have been many changes to the staff in the main office, all for the worse. The new assistant manager, ---- (and seemingly the only customer service person there during the ...Full review of Woodmoor Apartments

mediocre place - cheap rent but the staff still won't admit the complex is being torn down. bad maintenance. common grassy areas full of dog poop. thin walls. leaky plumbing. drug dealers. dirty pools. close to downtown and cool restaurants. with better management this place could be a winner. ...Full review of Stoneridge Apartments

Perfectly Fine. - I rented a one bedroom here when I moved to Austin from DFW. Like all places, it has its good and bad features, but overall, it's a pretty good place to live, and a great value for the money. The Good: *The price--I paid $495 a month, which I thought was a great price for a one-bedroom. I checked around, and this seemed to be a pretty good deal compared to other ...Full review of Country Place Apartments

more or less a great place to live - I really enjoyed living at Windsong while I was going to UT. The location is best for those in law, science, comm, etc., but you can still cut through campus quickly to get to the south side of it. As a female, I felt perfectly safe walking to and from campus, even at night, although the Red River intersection can be a bit dangerous for peds.

The one bedroom/study benefits from a ...Full review of Windsong Apartments

Great space for the money!!! - I moved from a massive one bedroom into a giant 2 bedroom. I loved my one bedroom, the work orders were done in a timely manner, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the neighbors were always outside chatting. My one bedroom had wonderful tile floors and counter tops and pergo in the living room. I now have pergo in the entire apartment, and sort of miss the carpet in the ...Full review of Abbey Road

GREAT! Just a little noisy on the 2nd floor - This is a great place to live. But if you come here, take my advice and live on any floor but the 2nd. Every time someone drops a heavy weight in the gym, the sound reverberates up to the 2nd floor and it's *loud.* For the longest time I thought it was construction, until I went downstairs to workout during one of the incidents... I had to wear earplugs if I wanted to sleep past 7 ...Full review of The Monarch

great location, limited parking - I moved to Marquis at Treetops after living in the West Campus area and was looking for a quieter, calmer place to live in north Austin, which is exactly what my experience at treetops has been. I have been here 4 mos so far and have very few complaints.
