Great apartment and service - The apartment is not fancy by any means, but efficient, well priced and well maintained. We have our fair share of problems, but when we call, maintenance is there by usually the next day if not the same day. The maintenance guy is usually walking around anyways, so you can just call him as you walk by and he'll go help. He knows us by name and is very friendly. The price ...Full review of Braeburn Apartments

great deal - Quiet, safe, well constructed,well-lit and spacious rooms. The management is prompt and helpful. It is a very good deal and is much better in quality as compared to other student apartments. It is very well connected to campus and is at a 5 min distance to Hancock Center. I think overall this place is good for the price and way better than usual student apartments. ...Full review of Tanglewood North Apartments

First Appearances - I have visited Woodway Village at least 7 times before I decided to place an application. My application was approved within 3 days. I like that each unit has it's own attached garage. At first, I was a bit hesitant because there were so many people hanging outside, especially noisey children. Many of the adults hang out in their garage in the evening. Management decided to have free ...Full review of Woodway Village Apartments

- I have lived here for 2 years and the apartment is 750 sq ft for a reasonable price. Management seems to change often. Often there is a problem with maintenance. Sometimes it takes much longer than it should to make repairs. When I moved in there were people selling drugs late at night. There has even been a murder in 2008. I don't know if the car break-ins are still happening but that was a ...Full review of Town Vista Apartments

No Problems - I've lived here for about 6 weeks, and so far I've had absolutely no problems so far. The space is adequate for what you pay (about $1 a square foot, much better than anything you can get in central Austin), all the carpet and appliances are new. I've heard a lot of complaints about the showers; I'm 5'11''. and have no problem with the showerhead height. ...Full review of Heritage at Hillcrest

Great at first, downhill from there - I moved in around Thanksgiving '08. I moved to GSC from downtown. When I say downtown I mean 6th and Brazos downtown. This place was great for the first 4 or 5 months. There was under 50% occupancy and it was nice, peaceful and quiet. Here are my major gripes: 1. The staff comes across as being really nice, but after living here for a while, I got used to hearing all sorts of ...Full review of Greystar South Congress

Crazy Landlord areed - Ok, she is super crazy. Keep track of ALL of the little notes that are put in your apt. and save them for when you have to get out of the apt. She is totally psycho/bipolar. I did not believe it until I had to leave the complex. All is fine until you leave. Avoid this place like the plague. She controls the A/C so expect to sweat the night away.... ...Full review of Park Avenue Place Apartments

A good place to get back on my feet - I have lived at Silver Springs Apartments for almost one year after going through a horrible divorce. My income is low and my wife took about everything I have. All I have left is my truck and my dog. My credit was not in the best shape either. Silver Springs worked with me to get an apartment. A lot of other places turned me down. I got a nice apartment with good appliances and I even got to ...Full review of Silver Springs

You want cheap... well, you get a pricey dump instead. - I lived there for 3 years. I will never recommend this place because of the following: - The apartments are rat infested and roach infested. - The apartments are expensive for the lack of quality in materials these apartments offer. - Management is terrible-- Michelle is a witch to deal with-- never on the side of the tenant & absolutely no interpersonal communications skills at all-- very ...Full review of The Castile
