Lived here from July 2013 to January 2014. I've been in multiple different apartments in Austin, and this has definitely been my least favorite to date. CONS: 1. Door to the storage on our balcony was completely broken (the door itself was cracked, bent and badly warped) upon our move in. It was never fixed. 2. Dishwasher was broken upon move in. They installed a new one the week we ...Full review of Bent Oaks Apartments

I lived here for 4 years, from 2009-2013. Yes the rent is ridiculous and getting worse but it's Austin. What do you want. I informed management about broken windows, water leakage from air-conditioner, Fan-light not working, kitchen light not working, Front doors make loud cracking sound while opening. Guess what, they only fixed water leakage. Management cares least about tenants. Next topic: ...Full review of Woodmark Apartments

Woodgate in a run-down property that needs alot of work! The pool is a salt water pool with no filtration system and it is hardly ever cleaned. The property is dull and the stair are a crumbling mess. The yards that they say are available vary in size and most are obstructed my big shrubs or columns. Years ago I would have recommended this place but not now. Heaven forbid if you want something ...Full review of Woodgate Apartments
