Construction every morning and unbearably loud music two nights out of the week. Two very loud bar/clubs border this block. Any of the units facing 5th street are stuck with very lound outdoor music on thursday and friday nights from Mother Egan's Irish Pub. Complaints don't seem to help the problem.

I love live music and can handle noise but this is WAY to loud. Sometimes I can't even hear the TV let alone read a book or talk on the phone...forget trying to sleep before 2am

I feel like the apartment leasing people bamboozled me in leasing this unit w/out warning about the noise. Also, be prepared for some extra hidden fees when you sign your lease like a three hundred dollar admin fee (after receiving $300 off first months lease - woo hoo).

You are a stupid idiot who obviously doesn't live here. I do. (apt. on the 1st floor). Admit, I am a young person who parties every weekend, but the worst noise is front the fountain on the AWESOME courtyard pool, which coos me genlty to sleep every night. Stop being so old, a live a litte ??
