I've lived at 404 Rio Grande now for a month and let me just say it's awesome! The grounds/location are great and the staff is truly a class act! I would further like to make a comment to the idiot who stated that Mother Egan's Pub is too loud for his poor little ears. YOU LIVE IN DOWNTOWN AUSTIN DA!!!! What exactly did you think it would be like? Did you think little swallows and nightingales would land on your patio and sing you a song? You're clearly not from around here and you need to go back to the retirement/rest home from which you came. In the meantime, try using your brain and contact the City in the future!!!!
