Very loud. due to disppointing construction materials and design I can hear every move my upstairs neighbors make (walking, vacuuming, cooking...nothing out of the ordinary) Unsettling, particularly given haven been told that "it's built to townhouse specs..double-paned glass, etc. for greater sound insulation" on the walk-through. The trash bins/garbage chute routinely fills to capacity by the weekend, resulting in piles of garbage at the bin doors on each level of the parking garage. Very badly planned access to/from the garage and street, particularly for move in/out--necessitates at least one more elevator.

Given the types of problems I've experienced, I definitely expected more for the price. On the upside, the staff is very friendly and usually helpful--the marketing is not lacking at all. The inherent flaws in the design and construction of the building leave a lot to be desired, though. Would not recommend this place to a friend.
