I have lived at Rio Grande for the past month (moved from Alabama for work) and have found it to be the ideal place for me. The apartments are located in the heart of downtowm and within walking distance of my gym, grocery store, and favorite night spots. The staff has been nothing but nice to me, and the apartment I moved into has a great view and is in 'like new' condition. The parking is a MAJOR bonus because it is so difficult to find a spot downtowm (especially on the weekends). The price is also very competitive considering location, size, and convenience. I would highly recommend this place.
