We've lived here for a year and have just renewed our lease.
We live on the side of the complex facing La Zona Rosa, and we are never bothered by the noise.
The thing that bothers us are the drunks, and even that has tapered off.
You can always call the police on them, and we do!
Downs are that you can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing- not to mention everything going on in the hallway.
When our neighbors have parties this is especially annoying because the noise wakes us up easily.
The management when the complex opened was good, but we have since switched.
I would call the new people solid, but still lacking in getting things done promptly.
Emily is the best to go to.
If you have a pet be prepared to pay a lot of money.
Other than those things it's a great place to live, but you are paying for location location location.
We've had none of the problems of construction that others have indicated here.
