-Some of the management is rude and inexperienced
-There are often broken beer bottles in the hallways, garage and on the stairs. The staff does not clean these up very quickly.
-People from the nearby La Zona Rosa often hide behind the apartment building to smoke pot and leave beer bottles.
-Lately, several car windows have been broken in the garage. Things have been stolen from the cars and the staff never cleans up the broken glass
-Often sounds like a drunken frat house with people screaming in the hallways
-I have picked up packages from the office, which had already been opened
