I have lived at 404 for two years and have enjoyed it immensely. If you truly want to experience life downtown than this is the place to be. Its unique design is different than the towers being built all around the downtown area and the interiors of these units is nicely done. I love the fact that I can walk to Whole Foods, Star Bucks or my downtown gym and I never have to get on Mopac or I35 especially since I work downtown too! If you enjoy the night life of Austin, live music, outdoor cafes, pubs and the trails on Town Lake than having them all at your doorstep is The life for you. I've loved it and will continue to make this my Home in downtown Austin!
