Great place. I've lived here for two years and I've enjoyed it. It's in a great location. I've never heard any noise from my neighbors or people upstairs. Management is great. Phillip knows every resident's name. Maintenance staff is friendly and cracks jokes with you. There're a couple design flaws in the building depending on where you live which make my review a four star instead of a five star. The dumpsters are at the far end of the garage so if you want to take your trash out it's a small trek. Also, a note if you're thinking about living in an apartment facing the pool - even though the apartment walls are great and you can't hear your neighbors, the pool area somehow acts as an amphitheater. You can hear everything that goes on out there. Can be annoying when people wake you up at 2 am talking about how drunk they are. That's usually not a problem though. Most people are respectful. I would recommend this apartment strongly. I had a really good time here.
