I lived here for over three years, and I strongly recommend this place if you are interested in living in downtown Austin. The apartments have high ceilings, clean lines, and large windows. The location is fantastic (two blocks from Whole Foods), and the amenities are great-- a very nice pool, hot tub, and grill.

Best of all, the staff is amazing. Philip B. will take care of any problems you have; he's the most conscientious and helpful apartment manager I've ever dealt with.

The only thing I dislike about the units are some of the fixtures-- marble countertops etc. etc. will cost you additional $. But this is a rental, not a condo, so I'm not sure you can expect to have expensive furnishings included.
