I moved in last year and the new management has been just fine. Although they had to get rid of the small pool last year because it was sucking the HOA reserve dry (I heard no one used it anyway)they put a bar-b-que area in its place and it is well lit. I love this place, and hate to leave it. Its really convenient, located smack in the middle of UT and ACC-Rio Grande, about 4-5 blocks to either. I rarely drive anywhere. The management is the best i've ever had--she gives out her cell phone, and when there's a problem she's on it within hours, sometimes minutes.
