Good location, older complex - I've been living in Oak Park for a little over a year now, and most of the complaints about the complex are minimal. The apartments are quite old, which leads to repairs every so often. I've had to have my sink fixed a few times and the air conditioning worked on, but all repairs were attended to promptly and efficiently. I've never had any problems with the ...Full review of Oak Park Apartments

Avoid this place... - Been renting here on and off for 3 years. Was once happy with place, but have quickly become disgusted. I lived here for about a year and moved away b/c of work. Came back to new management and a new view of this place. Pros: Location and maintenance crew. Cons: Constant turnover in Management. Amenities don't work. Parking is horrible. One trash compactor that is always backed ...Full review of Falconhead

- The utility costs are through the roof! My average electric bill exceeded $300 (the worst $418 EKK!),and the upstairs bedrooms are unbearably hot,(85-90 at times). The water leaks and drips, the walls have mold, my garbage disposal and fridge have been broken or in need of repairs since I moved in over a year ago, we have frequent scorpion and giant roach/water bug ...Full review of Bluff Springs Townhomes

If you honestly care about where you'll be living, read this first. - I've lived at Forest Park for over a year now. Before you jump on my back about writing a negative review when I've already renewed once, I must stress that we renewed our lease out of financial necessity, no necessarily on the merit of the community. That being said, I have to say that Forest Park used to be one of the nicer inexpensive apartments around. When we first ...Full review of Forest Park Apartments

I have never seen four mice in one mouse trap. - This apt is very old and pretty dirty. There is a serious rats/mice problem here. It was one of the most disgusting sights when I saw four mice in one mouse trap in kitchen cabinet. Office people are fairly nice, but they change all the time. There is a bar right next to this apt, and it could add to noise level at times. There are usually some people standing/walking around parking lot ...Full review of Addington Apartments

Absolutely Horrible - Parking is obviously a huge issue in West Campus, and that is one of the main reasons I chose to live at a complex that supposedly provides a "secure" parking garage with assigned spaces. Because I pay so much money for it, I expect to be able to park in that spot at all times without any problems. Unless you like paying $125/month for "parking" - when in fact, you ...Full review of The Quarters- Montgomery House

Quaint and Homey. - Lantana is not a new complex. It is not fancy but it is not rotten either. There's a great community here. The managers and maintenance staff are SUPER friendly and VERY helpful. The place only felt dirty when I wasnt keeping it clean. The kitchen is every cooks dream. It is fabulous. TONS of counter space lots of shelves and plenty of cabinets. theres a really cool breakfast bar dividing the ...Full review of Lantana Apartments
