04/07/14 by Normab0686: We have lived here a little over a year. We love it. Well-kept, quiet property. Impressed with the quick maintenance service. Office staff were outstanding -- friendly and helpful. Great place to live. When rentals do come available they lease fast! Don t miss out. The prices are awesome compared to all other apartments in Austin right now. I will definitely be renewing my lease. more

02/01/14 by anonymous: Unfortunately I signed my lease before looking at the unit. I was needing an apartment fast and needed it on the first floor. These apartments are affordable however if I knew there were going to have this many problems I would NEVER have moved here. Trust me, I was VARY tempted to break this lease even before moving in. First of all, inspect the unit before you move in and be sure to turn more

07/09/14 by Pari1068: I have been living at stone gate since March 2014 and out of all of the apartments I looked at this was the most impressive and decently priced. It is also right by south park meadows which has every store you need. I was sensitive to the highway noise at my first apartment (personal preference, may not bother everyone) and Erin and Cassandra worked with me to relocate me to another apartment in more

08/13/14 by anonymous: NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Pam is the only one that knows how to do her job! Sandra is the rudest person i know! if i am paying you to live somewhere have some damn respect! Don't leave anything outside you don't want stolen (including your car. Tires, Rims ETC.) THEY WILL GET STOLEN. pretty sure this is an inside job by the complex! Seems like it happens every week.. and somehow no one more

07/30/14 by anonymous: I've been at Balcones Club for five years. We basically picked the apartment as it is the ONLY apartment complex in the school zone for an AMAZING elementary school. The problem is, they know this and take advantage of it. At the beginning, the front office was ok. Pretty responsive and helpful. Then Christine became the manager. She was outstanding and helpful. She really cared about more

08/07/14 by GenghisQuan: Just leased a second year with this place. Moved to Austin for a new job and needed a 1/1. Rented a Barton unit, which was a 513 sq ft unit that's one step above the studio. Will be moving into the larger size (607 sq ft) in late September, so I'll probably have a second one written up for that one if/when I finally move out. Good: Clean grounds. Responsive management. Will take more

07/18/14 by Claireaguilar: We have been renting from this place for over a year now and hate it. Pros for living here: no dog breed restrictions and a garage. Cons: property management is COMPLETELY unreliable, the staff and maintenance are the worst that I have ever interacted with. They never show up for maintenance on time or at all. They will lie about showing up and having done work, they won't clean up after more

02/28/14 by RichardJohnson: I lived at Hidden Timber Apartments for two years and it is a GREAT place to live. I would highly recommend it. The neighbors are mostly quiet and everyone seems to be nice. My apartment never really had any issues but when it did, they fixed it immediately. The manager Mary is VERY Professional and Friendly. I could say many many nice things about her but to sum it up, she was great to more

08/10/14 by anonymous: What a FABULOUS place to live and even better the people that work in the office are OUTSTANDING. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help you out with any problem and/or concern you have within the community. I am so very glad that I decided to stay and renew my lease with the new company. I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with them and I am so looking forward to this more

04/03/14 by anonymous: I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone. A big thank you to the leasing staff. Brad, Taneesha ( I don't know how to spell it) Kate and Ricky. Ya'll were amazing and always there to help. Maintenance is quick and efficient and even catered to me since I have a dog. This place is beauty and serenity all in one. A definite 5 stars. more

10/24/13 by anonymous: Just want to take this opportunity to say how much we have enjoyed your first 60 days. We were all a little nervous when you took over because you just never know. We had good service with Gables, but we are more than pleased with the Greystar team. I really appreciate the fact that the same team has been on site for the entire 60 days. I have lived here eight years and we have had at least more

03/08/14 by anonymous: Towne Oaks II has a lot of character, that's what initially drew us in. The grounds have a New Orleans-French-Quarter-look; the courtyard is very serene and feels secluded from the outside world... which is good because the street accessing the complex is pretty shady. Not a nice place to walk around at night, only leave the complex by car. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty bad. more

07/10/14 by jackson_pie1989: Great place to live, really convenient to shopping and on UT bus route!!! I live in a one bedroom townhome and I love it, it is sooo spacious. I could have gone anywhere else and leased, but am really please with this community and it's affordability. Great office staff and nice neighbors. My experience so far has been great with no complaints. And I have and will continue to refer friends. more

04/09/14 by christiana55: Seriously a wonderful experience! The staff is absolutely wonderful. Both Cole and Megan are little angels sent from the heavens to take all of your apartment anxieties away! The location is beautiful, the apartments are well made, and the neighbors aren't total weirdos (which is all you can really ask)! I really enjoy every aspect of this complex and they make everything so easy! more

08/20/14 by Verified Resident: All employees are very nice and helpful. There are frequent events for residents. Maintenance is the biggest weakness. All of the maintenance crew are helpful, friendly, and professional, but unfortunately we have to see them approximately 3-4 times every three months to fix appliances. 07/17/14 by anonymous: Really enjoyed living at Sendera because it was like a beautiful tile roofed townhome nestled in the greenbelt with endless treetop views and even a creek that was really neat that I could see out of every room of my apartment! 04/26/14 by maxgogh: The property is showing its age. The floor on one side of the apartment pitches sharply downward, and there are big gaps of daylight between the frames of the doors and windows (you can imagine how this affects the temperature control bills). The water system is so old that they have to turn it off periodically to make repairs, so there's no water on Wednesday mornings. Every more

07/25/14 by DontRentHere123456787980: This office cannot get their act together. The two people that are there on a regular basis are nice and do what they can given their situation. They are not able to approve anything or move anything forward, and the manager is never in the office so NOTHING ever gets accomplished. They say they are going to get something done, and then you follow up and they say it will get done the following more
