I moved into the Ironstone Apts, which were quickly renamed The Enclave in November 2011. They had a new-ish manager who was seriously overworked and probably underpaid. Everytime I turned around there was an issue with my apartment. When I moved in, I had no faucets on either of my sinks, no screen door, and no light fixture in my bathroom. There was still food in my refigerator ...Full review of Ironstone Apartments (Formerly Barkwood)

have been living here 2 years. I hope to find another place I can afford someday. If you can stand the NOISE, extreme lack of privacy, limited laundry availability, uneducated and stubborn low income people, to use the antipoverty services the property provides and then move on, this place will help. Cons No privacy: - Everyone can actually hear every intimate detail of ...Full review of Sierra Vista Apartments

These apartments are HORRIBLE ! It's all about money to these vouchers . I've had the worst experience with them. If you are late more than three days twice in your rent contract (even if you have resigned) you'll be charged $125 fee plus an additional 75$ Also be expecting your water bill to be outrageous due to ridiculous valet trash and also make sure you do not forget to put your ...Full review of Austin City Lights

When I moved in in August everything seemed fine. I told them that my last apartment had a horrible roach problem and they assured me that wouldn't be the case here. After we signed the lease and started moving in they informed us that there was going to be construction happening by my apartment, but that it was going to happen "really quickly." Here I am 7 months later. ...Full review of Elevation

It's alright, rent is increasing. It's not bad, but nothing special. The apartments are quite old, the water pressure is sometimes quite bad (especially on the 2nd floor); if someone else is taking a shower at the same time my water somewhat disappears. Poor insulation in building (an feel the cold air coming in from my closed window). The garden is nice, but the inside ...Full review of Fountain Terrace Apartments
