Location is convenient, appliances are new and work well. Both toilets broke twice (along with everyone elses) so those had to be replaced... other than that the apartment itself was good. However,
NOISE is horrible. I've lost sleep due to the LOUD, immature, brats living here. Craig Coffee is the evil owner who doesn't care about tenants. Some drunken residents smashed an exit sign outside our apartment...he called and yelled at my roommate and I, threatening eviction or heavy fines. IT WASN'T US - he realized he made a mistake and didn't give a ----.
My car is heavily dented due to the small garage, luckily its an older car so I don't care about it too much. My back porch is more of a trashcan for random passerbys. I haven't sat outside once this year. Overpriced rent for NO complex amenities... NO bills are included. My boyfriend has been towed twice due to the lack of parking on the street. When you move out you pay for all the carpet cleaning, etc. which comes out of YOUR deposit.

Overall, there are much better places to live. I don't recommend 900 W. 23rd to anyone looking for a serious place at a good value.
