I remember reading all of these bad reviews before moving in and wondering what the world I got myself into, however there have have been no real problems to speak of over the past 6 months. Even Craig Coffee has been suprisingly nice to us- that I didn't expect. When our dishwasher stopped working, it was fixed immediately and with no charge. The only gripe is somewhat small bedrooms and overpriced because it is so close to campus, but thats how it is all over west campus. I do agree that the garage is small and if you have an SUV, back into your spot, it really helps. Overall, I like the big kitchen, extra storage space and lack of difficulties. You should have no problems living here.
